As a Red Seal journeyman carpenter with 18 years of experience, Chad brings a full-spectrum approach to building homes—from structural framing and foundations to finishing carpentry and the final details. He thrives on taking a project from concept to completion, coordinating trades, managing schedules, and ensuring every element comes together exactly as planned. As owner and lead carpenter, He’s on-site for every project, making sure nothing is overlooked and every home reflects the quality and care our clients expect.
We take on a select number of projects each year, allowing us to be on-site and personally involved in every detail, delivering homes that reflect our craftsmanship and care. Our goal is to deliver a home that doesn’t just meet expectations—it elevates how people live, works flawlessly, and becomes a part of their story for years to come.
Brent has spent nearly five decades in the construction industry, building, restoring, and renovating homes of all kinds. With a career grounded in hands-on craftsmanship, he is a Red Seal journeyman carpenter whose experience spans every stage of residential construction—from framing and foundations to the finishing details—giving him a complete understanding of how a home comes together. With over 30 years of project management experience, Brent brings unmatched expertise and a deep passion for everything about homes, guiding every build from start to finish.
Known for his attention to detail, problem-solving, and leadership, Brent thrives on coordinating trades, managing schedules, and ensuring every element of a home is executed exactly as planned. His decades of experience allow him to anticipate challenges before they arise and deliver homes that are thoughtfully built, functional, and lasting.
