How long does a project typically take?

Every home is unique, but a general timeline looks like this:

  • Planning phase: 2 to 4 months, depending on whether you already own land and have building plans.
  • Build phase: 8 to 18 months after plans and permits are finalized, depending on the size and complexity of the home.

We provide a clear schedule at the start and communicate consistently so you know what to expect throughout the process.
